COVID-19 Update:

We hope that you, our wonderful neighbors and friends, are staying healthy amidst everything that is going on around us. The developing details we learn about COVID-19 can feel daunting, but we urge you to take hold of the ways our community can be safely supporting each other, even from a distance.  We're here for you. Our branch locations are open, however, lobbies remain with limited access for walk-in service. Please call 575-556-3000 to make an appointment.  You can also use our drive-thru lanes, ATM’s, Online Banking website, Mobile Banking app, or Telephone banking 575-556-3050 for account balance and transaction inquiries, transfers between accounts, bill pay and other services. 

Take Extra Care - Do Not Share Any Sensitive Information

During this time, please take extra caution when dealing with individuals that you do not know, whether it’s over the phone, text messages, e-mail, or social media.  Learn about COVID-19 Scams during this pandemic and how to keep any sensitive or confidential information safe from fraudsters and scammers!

To our First New Mexico Bank customers,

First New Mexico Bank, Las Cruces is closely monitoring ongoing developments of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and our primary focus is on the safety and well-being of our customers and employees.  Our employees all remain dedicated to serving you during this unprecedented time.  The main bank and Anthony branch remain open.  If there is any disruption to services, we will provide updates here on our website. 

As a reminder, there are a variety of ways you can do your banking 24/7 from the convenience of home.

  • Use First New Mexico Bank’s mobile banking app or online banking to view account information and transfer funds
  • Use your camera-enabled mobile devices for our mobile app to deposit checks
  • Use online banking to pay your bills
  • Access our online loan applications to apply for consumer and mortgage loans
  • Call our customer service at 575-556-3000 to ask questions via telephone or email us at customerservice@fnmblc.com
  • Call telephone banking at 575-556-3050 to inquire on your balance, transfer funds between accounts, etc.
  • If you are feeling under the weather, we encourage you to remain home and use these options listed above

Additionally, we continue to follow guidance from local, State and Federal government and public health agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).  As we continue to evaluate the situation and determine whether additional steps are needed to support our customers and community, please keep your contact information up to date so we can stay in touch with you.
